A juror – Juror Number 6 – has been removed from Sean “Diddy” Combs‘ trial.

If you don’t know, the 55-year-old disgraced music mogul was arrested in 2024 for alleged sex trafficking, prostitution, racketeering conspiracy, sex trafficking by force, fraud, or coercion, as well as transportation to engage in prostitution. He is now on trial, but the judge had concerns about one of the jury members.

U.S. District Court Judge Arun Subramanian officially dismissed the man in question over “concerns about his candor and whether he shaded answers to get on and stay on the panel.”

Apparently, according to NBC News, it was unclear whether the man lived in New York City, where the trial is taking place, or in New Jersey with his girlfriend.

The juror in question is “a 41-year-old Black male who works in communications at a correctional facility.” He’s now being replaced with a “57-year-old accountant from Westchester County.”

Another juror will face questions today over a conversation he may have allegedly had with a colleague. This juror handed over his phone to the judge.
